The other 3 Rs.  While we boast the ability to fix just about anything, we follow these principles.  Not everything needs to be replaced or upgraded.  That leaky faucet, or that slow computer.  They aren't broken, just not working quite right.  If it's broken, we might replace it or find another way to use it, but ideally we'll try and repair it first.
